2022 Digital Planner © BFLY | Get it here!
You've got mail... and a package!
Proving to us once more that time does not care about our feelings, a new year has started again. Despite the crazy times, one thing we can mostly control is ourselves.
Whether you’ve started the year with hope or indifference, one thing is for sure, you’ve been gifted extra time, and if you’ve considered spending it on growth, then I’d like to give you one extra tool to achieve that at your own pace.
Presenting : my 2022 digital planner !
This digital planner was made with the intention of having a space to combine recording memories with practical planning of to-do lists and self-care.
Quick run-through:
There are 6 categories in the summary : Lifestyle, Year, Media, Recentering, Months and Memories.
Each category has different sections, linking to a different part of the planner.
Some of these sections like Wishlist are only one page, from which you can be redirected to the summary once you’re done using it, via the home button :
Other sections are more complex like the Fitness section, with its own menu and subsections :
When using a section like the Fitness section or Finances one, make sure you fully use the subsections.
The “Workouts” subsection of the Fitness section for instance, has multiple pages for you to record your Workouts, so slide through these if you find yourself filling an entire table.
In general, just check the overall slides to see when you have more pages to use and when there is only one single page.
PS : In GoodNotes 5, even if you’re using a PDF you imported, you can still add a page there. So if you ever need to add pages to my template, feel free to do so! It is only a starting point.
Pointers for the spiritual pages
The planner’s preface has a space for you to add some spiritual information, namely your birth chart, life path number, personal year number, and your 2022 tarot card.
All of that information including your life path number and personal year number can be found online, on websites like astro-seek.com, astro.com or astro-charts.com.
For the tarot card of the year, the formula used is listed there, and the number you get will refer to the Major Arcana. For instance if you get the number 5, the fifth card in the Major Arcana is the Hierophant : it would be beneficial for you to look up and reflect on the themes of the Hierophant and how you can channel its qualities in 2022.
As for the Moon Phases calendar, it is meant for you to plan and journal more intentionally, using the spiritual meaning of moon phases (and the signs the Moon transits) if you wish to do so.
Here for instance, on January 17, there is a Full Moon in the sign of Cancer.
You can see traditionally, Full Moons would be used for manifesting, letting go, celebrating a peak of energy, harvesting energy, charging etc.
Researching what Cancerian themes are and what it would mean for the moon to be in Cancer, especially a Full Moon, can help guide your journaling, or whatever you wish to plan for January 17.
If there are specific events you want to plan or specific parts of your birth chart you wish to exploit, you can even pinpoint a certain Moon transit you wish to prepare for.
These are just basics of using Moon Phases but there are various spiritual reasons and uses for transits and Moon phases in general!
Using the planner
This planner is originally meant to be downloaded as a PDF and then imported into
GoodNotes 5, so you can write on top of it and use the various links.
There are several Goodnotes 5 tutorials out there if you do not find the interface straight-forward, but regardless, as this is a digital planner, there may be a bit of a learning curve and frankly you might not feel like using it every day.
Please view this planner as a companion and not a judge. If some sections are left empty, they may not be for you, and that is fine. If you skip days, that is also fine, and you can always take notes and then fill your planner retroactively.
Notes
You can always e-mail me back with any questions or just to share how you’re using the planner, at this very e-mail address! (bflyarts@gmail.com)
It is also totally free for you to download the planner, even though tips or the like are appreciated, all I ask is that you credit me when using my pages outside of the planner, if you must do that at all!
Another option for a very well made planner is this one by Naya! The link to downlod it in the video tour's description and it is a great option especially if the spiritual part of my planner is superfluous for you.
